At Have A Look we always do our utmost to provide our costumers with the best, easiest and quickest service.

• Free shipping in Europe when you buy 3 pairs of glasses. Shipping charges in Europe when you boy less than 3 pairs of glasses €7. Shipping charges outside Europe: always €7. 

• Free case. You always get a free felt case (worth €6) with every pair of Have A Look reading glasses you purchase.

• Fast shipping. You will receive your reading glasses within 3-4 working days (EU countries) from the day on which we received your order. For countries outside EU delivery may take up to 8 working days depending on the country. We send your glasses by PostNord tracked letter, well protected in a cardboard box and their felt case.

• 30 days return policy. This means you have 30 days in which to change your mind about your purchase and get your money back or exchange your glasses. You must, however, return the reading glasses in the same condition and packaging, in which you received them. Remember to provide your name and invoice number, so we can tranfer any balance in your favour to your credit card. We do this within 30 days. You are responsible for the expense of returning any item, but we will send new glasses for you free of charge.
